The plot with a large territory is located near the town of Zabljak. The area of the plot is 25636 m2, consists of six small plots. Near the plot there is a developed infrastructure - water, electricity, road.
Zabljak is a tourist center of winter sports in Montenegro. The city is located on the territory of the national park and attracts with its developed infrastructure for skiing on mountain, cross-country skiing and snowboarding. Also there are such extreme sports such as: rafting (in the canyon of the Tara river), mountaineering (cliffs and slopes of the Durmitor massif are well suited for this sport).
