Olive plantation in Bar

Olive plantation with 300 olive trees for sale. The plantation is located near the Old town of Bar.
Plantation area is 14.443 m². A concrete road leads to the plantation; it also divides the site into two halves.
The olive trees on the plantation are over 400 years old, and the oil obtained from their olives is of the highest quality.


   An interesting fact: during the reign of King Nikola, who ruled Montenegro for half a century from 1860 to 1910, there was a rule according to which young people could not marry until they planted a certain number of olive trees.
